Problem shooting:

1- How to unclock the child lock?

Answer:

Push down the Spin button and Delay Start button at the same time for more 2 second. After three beep sound, the child lock function is released. Open and close the top lid once to restart and go on working.

2- Why tub spinning while water not fully fill?

Answer:

It's normal. Fill Water is not completed within the set time. In order to save time, the Inner Tub begins to rotate at the same time fill water until to reach the set water level.

3-:Why there is no lint filter in Mini atuomatic washing machine?

Answer:

This kind of washing machine is mainly used for washing small laundry, and the water flow is very soft, so there is no lint filter in the machine.

4-The control panel is warm during working, is this normal?

Answer:

This is normal, it is caused by the transformer on computer board. When it works, it will release energy and become tepid. The highest temperature is between 40-50℃,it will not damage the machine.
